Subject: throttle cables too long
hello all, i sure hope you can help.
I have a '74 15' fiberglass tomboy with a 25 hrs chrysler motor, it had the stick type steer up front (push forward go left etc,etc..) and it kept breaking sooo i moved everything to the back including throttle. the throttle cables were i think around 10', i wound them up (not tight) into a corner, they bound up and broke anyways. ideal length would be around 4'. so here is my question, can you purchase the ends of the throttle cables to crimp on the old now cut short cables and if so where, or do the 6' cables sold on this site have the ends crimped yet (that way i could cut them to length) i would rather the later but i have no idea about this, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks all,
Dave
