2012 Merc 9.9 4 stroke full throttle miss

TK asked on 5/8/2019 10:50:49 PM
I have a bad miss after half throttle. Have gone through carb replaced everything that can be replaced. Ran a spark test. Both cylinders seem weak, barely jumped 1/4 inch doesn't seem to be a bright blue/white pop. Replaced charge coil under flywheel, primary coil with new wires and boots, and plugs. No change. Did a DVA test on charge coil. According to Mercury black/red to ground should 230v to 280v, I have 12.8v. Blue/red to ground should be 20v to 45v, I have 238. I do however have 225v from orange to black on primary coil. Also did a compression test, 120 and 119, but engine was cold. Any help is greatly appreciated.
